I love cookies.

I really do. They make me so happy, and yet they are probably the reason I can't lose this dang baby weight. My aunt {its weird calling her my aunt because she is only like 6 years older than me} made these delicious cookies that I would not stop eating while we were in Idaho. She sent me the recipe, but for some reason they didn't turn out for me.. So I tweaked it a bit. Consider this a huge favor, because these are heaven indeed.

Lemon Poppyseed Cookies:
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 Lemon Cake Mix
1/2 box Lemon Pudding Mix
1-1 1/2 T. lemon juice
1 T. popyseeds
1/4-1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips {as many as you prefer, I don't like very many}
macadamian nuts would be delicious in these too.
Mix everything together, roll into 1 inch balls, bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
{they are always better the next day if you put them in a air tight container over-night}

THANK YOU! I am in love with cookies too. Every kind, every size and shape...it's my biggest weakness. Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to make them!

Yes I am in love with anything that is over 800 calories a piece too! Thanks so much. I dont need any other treat that I am addicted to and think "I have to make or I am am going to die." Then eat the whole freaking batch.. ALONE!! :)

On a side note, your trip to the Idaho country looked like fun! Nash is getting so big!

I made these on fast Sunday which was absolute torture! All I could think about during church was how I couldn't wait to get home and eat them! I made 40 of them, took them to my husband's family's home and they were gone in 5 minutes! Thanks for sharing! Do you care if I post them on my blog to share with everyone? I will definitely make sure to give you the credit!
